Private Lessons
Private lessons are an integral part of the Grisham Middle School Band
Program. Mrs. Pierce has worked very hard to put together a first class
private lesson staff for our school. These instrumental professionals
not only have a passion for teaching their art, but they are all very
active in the musical community of Austin. These lessons give our
students that extra special push one day a week for 22 or 30 minutes.
Taking private lessons
allows students who are struggling to overcome their playing obstacles
and allows students who are doing well to excel much faster and farther
than they normally would. The majority of students in the Grisham Band
study privately. If you would like more information on this such as
